Service FAQ

A

Standby mode: Charger is distinguished from before and after power on.
(It is distinguished from other modes by blinking green.)

Charging mode: Charging means that current is flowing and has not yet been fully charged.
(It illuminates red indicating danger such as stop signal of traffic light.)

Buffer mode: This means that you can now disconnect the battery from the charger.
(It lights green that it is possible to move like a traffic signal crossing possible signal.)

Protection mode: It tells the abnormal condition of the battery, such as high temperature, and if it is left in the buffer mode or the charging mode
If there is no abnormality and if it persists, it is classified so that it can receive the AS inspection.
(Red and green light are lit to distinguish it from charge and buffer mode.)

* Charging may not be possible in the following cases.
- When the battery or room temperature is above 0 ~ 45 ° or below, the charger switches to trickle charging and the LED is steadily on and charging may not be possible. Disconnect the battery from the charger and allow it to cool before recharging. If possible, charge it indoors.

- If the battery or charger is submerged, the built-in circuit may be burned out or the battery may be corroded. In this case, AS can not be used.

- It may be caused by a broken outlet. You may smell burning and contact your nearest AS center or factory to get an AS.

- 72A If the batteries of the same type are inserted too much in the wrong polarity, the charger circuit may burn out. In this case, AS is impossible and please check polarity when charging.

If the charger of your product is out of date (TCO), the sensor built in the battery is not recognized, so when you insert it into the charger, the green LED will keep on and the battery will not charge.

In this case, please purchase the charger as a new type (NTC) charger or contact our A / S team.

A

There is a difference depending on the model and operation, and it can be used for an average of 1 hour in no-load rotation.
In the case of industrial rechargeable drill battery, it increased its output by using 2.0Ah, but discharging time is slightly shorter than general rechargeable drill (1.5Ah).

* No-load rotation: A state in which no load is applied to the chuck while the switch is kept pressed.

A

The reason that the charging drill does not work is the cause of the switch contact failure, the lead wire disconnection, the motor fault, and the battery failure.
In this case, it may not be possible to repair it yourself. Please contact your nearest AS center or your dealer to get an AS.

A

Sealing that acts as a bearing in the gear box may be lost, or the gear box may be damaged by impact.
In this case, it may not be possible to repair it yourself. Please contact your nearest AS center or your dealer to get an AS.

A

Unlike regular charge drills, charge impulse drivers / wrenches are designed to give a strong torque in the direction of rotation when a certain torque is applied.

Therefore, it is suitable for mining operations requiring strong force, and it is possible to perform various operations such as small drilling work because RPM is fast. It is easy to attach and detach the bit and it is possible to work fast in the long screwing work mainly used in the interior.

Wrenches are suitable for 3/8 "and 1/2" sockets such as mold and sash automobile maintenance. They are suitable for small (M19 or less) work because they are weaker than general electric or air tools.

A

The life of the battery or overload may cause the motor to burn out.
Especially, in case of motor, work in accordance with work capacity and avoid unreasonable work.

In this case, it may not be possible to repair it yourself. Please contact your nearest AS center or your dealer to get an AS.

A

Electricity is generated to some extent during operation, but when it is heated by hand, if it generates heat, it may cause motor damage and short-circuit of wiring.

In particular, excessive heat generation in operation is caused by motor damage, which can be caused by motor life (brush wear), damage to windings due to overload, and motor malfunction.
